Coach Susan comes to Courtside with a variety of skills and talents. She has been coaching since 2003 for various school and travel volleyball teams.

In addition to her coaching, she has spent her days teaching health and physical education for high school and middle school for the past 20 years, she even taught and coached internationally, in Kuwait, for the K-12 levels. She also spent time working with the Harlem Globetrotters as an instructor in their youth camps.

​

Not only does Susan spend her days actively helping children improve physically and athletically, she also works with various outreach groups, from sharing her love of God with the homeless to being a part of the local human trafficking awareness group. She goes out into communities and schools to educate both youths and parents about the dangers and critical warning signs of human trafficking as well as working with Reality Tour to educate families about the dangers and warning signs of drug use.

Susan has a huge heart for the Lord and attends various church services each week with her christian family in order to draw closer to her Father, who blesses her each and every day.

At the end of her busy days, she enjoys returning home to cuddle with LJ, Bubbles, Clarice, and Cornelius. They always greet her with meows, purrs, and hungry bellies whenever she walks in the door.
